Bookish Adventures

Here is where you can find places for book lovers to visit!

Trident Bookstore is a cute little bookstore located in Boston, MA on Newbury Street. This street is also home to many other boutiques and restaurants, so it is worth the visit!

While I was completing my graduate program in this lovely city, I had been told by several of my friends that I needed to go to this bookstore. Not only does it have a decent book selection to choose from, but they have food and other fun bookish things to buy.

The Boston Public Library is another fantastic place for book lovers to go. As said above, during my time in this amazing city, I needed a place to study and the BPL was the best place to do so. As seen in the picture to the left (which I took… hard flex lol), this room reminded me of Hogwarts almost. It was known as a quiet room because you were not allowed to talk or make much noise in there. It is surreal to be in that room, to be honest, and I recommend all book lovers to go at least once.

The Last Chapter Book Shop is a romance bookstore located in Chicago, IL. While I have not been to this store, it is on my bucket list at this point. As an avid romance reader, I have been wanting to go to this place for ages. I figured I would put it on this list so that not only will I be constantly reminded that I need to go here, but so that others can learn about this place as well!

Strand Bookstore is probably one of the best bookstores in New York City, NY. Similar to The Last Chapter Book Shop, I have not been to this one either. However, I have ordered from them before as Ana Huang does signed copies through them for new releases and they have great costumer service. As an upstate New Yorker, I definitely do not go to NYC often, but next time I do go, I plan to make a stop here fore sure!
